Terrific view from the common areas, and beautiful property overall. The garden is nice, and the spot is both at a convenient, yet, quite remote and quiet area. Relaxing. The tenants were responsive to messages. Check-in was smooth. Coffee is provided, along with complimentary Perrier water, and snack bars. Overall, it was a fine stay.

We arrived on a Sunday, and while the room itself was clean, the common areas (kitchen, bathroom) weren't likely done that day (all trash bins rather full, bathroom carpet not fresh). While the tenant did explain everything at our arrival, they were not quite engaging with guests when asked about the surroundings and region. I guess that's fine, the tenant still answered questions, and invited us to explore the horse trail, should we like to explore the property. It just made us uneasy that the young lady seemed to avoid interactions while doing the cleanup on the morning after our arrival. We just tried to say hello... That, and other awkward moments made us feel unwelcome somehow. What was less enjoyable was the carpet at the entrance of the bedroom. It was completely swamped, and it felt odd to have the no-shoes policy at the property, while having a swamped carpet, which we had to take outside for it to dry.

Price was excellent, facilities were older but worked well. Beds were small and not very comfortable. The whole place was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was limited .

It was a lovely stay in Trialon Hotel. The position is great, less than 10 minutes walking from Hollywood Boulevard. The staff was super available for everything.

I tried to modify the reservation to arrive and leave one day later, however, even though I contacted them days before my arrival they did not reply to me. Finally the day before, the pick up one of my calls. They told me that I had to call Booking.com, tell them that I wanted to chage my reservation and also to maintain the price rate that I had instead of changing to the new one that was cheaper. Knowing that at that point if I canceled I would not recive my money back I felt truly cornered so I had to call Booking to make the change paying that extra. I understand that modifing the reservation the day before arriving is annoying but I was trying to contact them days before !

Resort fees and taxes added as extras . Just include everything in room rate price. Price of everything inside the casino compared to outside was ridiculously expensive . No Fridge to put personal items . Fridge was censored if we removed bar fridge items
