Stiges is a town with history! It is a welcoming, charming town with lots to offer the tourist. There are many cultural celebrations in the town throughout the year, and it is favoured by gay couples who embrace its warmth and welcome. It is easy to get around the twon and the beaches are at hand, with lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy. Being just 30 minutes south-west of Barcelona it is a good base from which to visit Barcelona, as well as other local places of interest in this part of Spain. It has an excellent Tourist Office beside the train/bus station with helpful staff and all the information you could need to enjoy your stay.BernardIreland - 10Scored 10

I returned to Sitges after a 6-year break and, just like before, the city delighted me again. Charming, quiet streets, a long, beautiful promenade by the sea, clean beaches. The city offers many interesting places to visit. Great restaurants, clubs and bars, everyone will find something for themselves. .I will definitely visit Sitges again.

Cute town, only half hour away from Barcelona. Great nightlife and lots of bars, cafes and shops. It could be a destinations on its own or it can be used as a base to explore Barcelona, given the proximity to the city. But way cleaner, friendlier and safer than Barcelona.

Absolutely adored Sitges.
Absolutely adored Sitges. Gorgeous architecture in the old town. Fabulous beach. And wonderful restaurants and bars. Super gay friendly. And many locals were very kind and accommodating. Beautiful, romantic, breathtaking views, lots of restaurants and caffes with seafood and other meals. Not too hot vs Barcelona - always some winds. You may face soma free parking slots difficulties at high season - better walk or take a bike. Some culture attractions - museums, concerts. 1 h drive or train to Barca. Sandy clean beach, warm water. I'd like to spend the rest of my life in this town. 🩷

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Sitges Railway Station and there are direct trains to Barcelona which take under 30 minute. The old town of Sitges is a delight with wonderful hidden away alleys and great restaurants dotted around the town.

We have stayed in Sitges on several occasions and so know that this area can be quite vibrant and musical. Our room, however, was right at the back overlooking the side street and did not look like any of the rooms shown on the website. We were not bothered that we didn't have a sea view but the room could have done with a bit of TLC. Everything was clean, the bed was a bit hard but the pillows were good.

The most friendly lady at reception, even gave us a chilled glass of rosé cava to unwind from our travels. Room service was perfect and breakfast in the morning was relaxed and generous. The décor was "art deco-chic meets beach vibe". Sitges is a classy resort without any of the plastic stuff. Definitely book-marked!

The staff were so helpful, pleasant and friendly and made guests feel that nothing was a bother. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Rooms were cleaned every day, beds were made and towels replaced where necessary. The roof top pool was lovely. Breakfasts were very good with lots of choice. Sitges is wonderful place, and you cannot help but relax.
